We have our Multi-Step Process to ensure the true definition of a deep clean.

1. Pre-spray
We have a pre-spray for both lightly soiled carpets and heavily spoiled carpets.

2. Agitation
We agitate the carpet with our oreck orbiter or counter rotating brush (CRB) to ensure we get the full depths of the carpet cleaned.

3. Rinse
We use a high end rinse agent leaving the carpets smelling fresh.

4. Extract
We lift and extract all liquids from the carpet leaving it as dry as possible (average of 4 hour dry times).

5. Spotter
For any spots that the pre-spray and shampoo is not able to clean, we have various spotters for different types of stains.

6. Protection (Optional)
We add a layer of protection to ensure your carpets stay cleaner, longer.
